ACTING
IS A DEVOTION
He
proves himself once more. Once again, he demonstrates his
exceptional talent as an actor complete with full on facial expressions and
gestures and well, who can deny his good looks. He’s
such a natural! It’s amazing to watch him in that podium. He not only acts in
front of the camera but also off camera. What passion and dedication! He never
stops giving entertainment to people even if the duty does not call for him to
do so.
“Ginoong

HE IS A MODEL OF CHILDREN’S EDUCATIONAL
TELEVISION
He is a loves his family. He loves them so
much rather than answering allegations involving him in the pork barrel scam, he
discusses his family instead.
"Bong" Revilla Jr. (2014)
emotionally said that:
"sa kabila ng
pagyurak sa aking pagkatao, sa kabila ng pagkitil sa aking mga karapatan, sa
kabila ng halos pagwasak sa aming buong angkan; kinimkim ko po ang nilalaman ng
aking kalooban sa loob ng mahigit limang buwan" (para. 7).
And the man’s got a toy! What child wouldn’t want that? We’ll playing’s
not an alien term for the senators since you can see them clicking through
their tablets plating some of Facebook’s most popular games even when someone’s
giving his or her privilege speech. But this one is a truck. And it’s not just
a simple truck, it’s a truck of justice!
“Sa tamang diskarte, nagawan naman ng paraan, Mr. President...to the pages... pakipasok nyo na ang trak ng ebidensya! Ito po ang sinasabi nilang isang trak ng
ebidensiya. Ito lang naman pala. Trak-trakan ng mga bata” (Revilla Jr., 2014,
para. 83-84).
3.
Know your target audience
He clearly knows his target audience as he
mentioned and called on and appealed on his fellow men numerous times and he
never forgets how many they are. It is important to appeal to them in a
language they can understand so that they may get the meaning of your
rhetorics. And because he is an actor, he knows the ways of persuasion- and Bible verses are the best way to emphasize your righteousness. Amen.
“Isinusumpa
ko sa halos dalawampung milyong botante na nagtiwala at bumoto sa akin, hindi
po ako nagtraydor sa inyo” (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 40).
4.
Identify the show’s characters
The whistleblowers have already identified three characters: Alyas Pogi, Tanda and Sexy. Now thanks to our good Senator “Bong”, we have found out that the show also casts many interesting characters.
DILG Secretary Mar Roxas a.k.a Boy Pick-up- the one who
picked up senators before former Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona’s
trial to go to Bahay Pangarap and talk to Mr. President (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 110).
Boy Xerox- DBM official who fakes SARO (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 26)
Boy Pirma- is Benhur Luy, pork barrel scam’s primary
whistleblower who faked document signatures (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 26)
Jukebox King and Queen- Benhur Luy’s minions (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 29)

Now what is
the significance of these characters to Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.’s show? To
show that he’s a hero just like Panday and he is just trying to help the people
but instead, what does he get? An accusation. Very well-played. He is indeed
Kap who has conjured many amazing stories
just to get away and divert the people’s attention.

Know that there are a lot of utter bullshit
shows in our government so don’t forget to filter them
His whole speech was crap. It was full of
acting, insincerity and garbage. He was lame, pathetic and very diverting. He never
actually did the purpose why he was doing that speech. Instead he talked about
Yolanda, earthquake and war. The only things I found to be of some use from his
speech was the Boy Pick-up part, otherwise, everything in it were just mere
nothing. I liked it because they are already spilling out their dirty secrets. But
the things he mentioned especially the part where he always asked in the end “’Yan
ba ang daang matuwid”, was utter crap (Revilla Jr., 2014, para. 62- 72). I don’t think all those things are sole responsibilities by the
president. If so, what’s their use? He blamed everything to the president
forgetting the fact that he is a part of the administration. And as such, he
ought to help in the embitterment of the Philippines. But no, he just delivered
his speech in front of millions of Filipinos like a real douchebag.
